Sheerree’s Short & Sweet Bio
I love the various Latin dances and I love going to the gym for a great workout. I took my first Zumba class on a business trip in Oct 2006. I loved it! Two of my favorite activities (Latin dance and cardio/toning workout) had been combined into one! Upon my return to Pittsburgh, I started taking Zumba classes regularly. I've increased my cardio, my body is becoming more toned, and I'm still losing weight!
I became certified as a Zumba instructor April 2007 and started teaching the next week! Zumba is a way to have FUN while exercising! You never get bored because the music and the steps take you to a fun place!
